1. It will be very obvious that Raven isn't human, she's walking around in all her blue glory.
2. Yes! I can't think of any reason why it won't work, though she is immune to telepathic mind control, basically it's described in the comics like her mind is constantly changing and churning. On the other hand, magical mind control will most likely work different so I'm going to say go for it!
